01 / Define your opportunity
Tell us what you're growing.
Start with one audience and one useful promise. You can enter an existing website or a concept that hasn't launched yet.
Describe your offer, the people you help, and why they'd care.
This is a planning range, not an automated spending commitment.
No account required. Plan entries stay in this browser. GA4 measures page visits; we do not send your form entries to it. Browser storage can be cleared, so download your plan.
02 / Your channel mix
You choose how to get visitors.
There is no one-size-fits-all formula. Select the methods you're willing to try, then compare the commitment before choosing. Your plan will fit the available hours and defer methods that need more capacity.
Compare time, first signals & repeatability for every channel
Editorial planning ranges, not measured benchmarks or guaranteed results. Windows start after launch and consistent execution. At a slower cadence, allow longer. Paid advertising requires ongoing spend.

Paid methods can produce visits shortly after an approved campaign launches, but only while you fund it. Organic channels usually require sustained publishing or outreach. Email nurtures visitors you already earned; it doesn't independently solve zero traffic.

03 / Market reality check
Study the competition before committing.
Use your topic or website idea to research actual search results and alternatives. Record what you observe; we won't invent traffic data, keyword difficulty or competitor rankings.
Quick competitor research checklist
Search your exact target phrase and 2–3 specific variations. Open the top organic results, ads, video results, forums and AI answers, if shown. Identify not only direct competitors but other ways people already solve the problem.
A URL or idea alone is not an audit. Open the research tools, review results in your target market and record what you found. Nothing here crawls websites or retrieves live keyword metrics automatically.
Search your phrase plus two narrow variations. Record 3 competing URLs above.
For each, note the audience, offer, format, original proof, freshness and unanswered questions.
Check demand and seasonality. Record the tool, country, date range and retrieval date.
Review organic competition separately from advertising competition. Compare the pages and referring domains, not just a site-wide authority metric.
Choose a specific audience, use case or location where you can offer stronger first-hand value.
Search volume is not traffic. Tool difficulty is a vendor estimate, not a Google metric. Google Ads competition measures advertisers, not organic ranking difficulty. Small sites may have no usable third-party traffic estimate.
Answer from what you observed. Your observations produce a qualitative assessment with reasons. Unresearched answers stay unknown. This is not a ranking prediction.
If you haven't searched yet, leave answers as “not researched.” The output will say there is not enough evidence to assess ranking difficulty. Paid search competition and organic keyword difficulty are different concepts; validate them using real data before investing.
