Research actual competitors, build keyword hypotheses and create a practical 7-, 30- and 90-day strategy. Live source citations are shown when available. The AI does not have access to private competitor metrics.

What this means: AI recommendations are research assistance, not guaranteed keyword positions, traffic, sales or income. Real Google Search Console metrics come only from a property you authorize. Paid keyword databases are not connected by default.
04 · First-party search evidence

Connect Google Search Console.

Authorize read-only access, select a property you own, and save a 28-day snapshot of clicks, impressions, queries and pages. Your Google access token is used for a single request and is not stored in the research database.

Connection requires a Google Cloud OAuth client, Google's Search Console API and an approved Supabase Google Auth provider. Users will see Google's consent screen before any private data is read. No Search Console changes are made.

Your past analyses stay associated with your saved website, and can be revisited or removed. Only the account owner can read these records.

Integration checklist

The secure database, Edge Functions and interface are set up. These final steps require account-owner authorization and credentials.

AI provider

In the Website Traffic Supabase Edge Function secrets, set OPENAI_API_KEY to your own OpenAI API key. Optional OPENAI_MODEL defaults to gpt-4.1-mini. Never enter private keys in this page. API usage and web searches may incur separate charges.

Authentication redirects

In Supabase Authentication → URL Configuration, use https://websitetraffic.live as Site URL, and add https://websitetraffic.live/growth-coach.html (and www equivalent) as allowed redirect URLs.

Google Search Console OAuth

Enable the Search Console API in Google Cloud; configure an OAuth consent screen with webmasters.readonly, and register https://jaxapwfvsurdonxygrzj.supabase.co/auth/v1/callback as the authorized redirect URI. Then configure the Google provider and manual identity linking in Supabase Auth. Google verification may be required for public users.

Keyword data provider (optional)

Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs and Semrush are linked in the free workbench. Live third-party search-volume and difficulty feeds are not connected; those require a permitted API, separate credentials and often a paid subscription.

Privacy: Research text and captured Search Console metrics are stored against your Supabase account. Your Google token is not stored in application research tables. You can remove individual research runs. AI analysis sends the research fields you submit to the configured provider, which may use web search. Avoid sensitive or private customer data.
